You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be a key part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with 100% engagement, starting immediately. Your working hours will be during daytime - morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday. We apply a 6-month probation period.

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or corporate customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-reliant: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you sit still during the drive, but you need to be able to handle loads when picking up and dropping off. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and feel.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma, or alternatively, studying your final year of high school.
• Category B driver's license and experience driving cars.
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
