You, Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to big cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be a key part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with 100% engagement, starting immediately. Your working hours will be during daytime – mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday. We apply a 6-month probation period.

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private, or corporate customers.

Who you are

• Curious and independent: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sitting while driving, but you need to be able to exert effort when picking up and dropping off. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and sensitivity.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma, or currently in your final year of high school.
• Category B driver's license and experience driving cars.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
