About the Company

We are currently looking for a Traffic Coordinator for a large, international company located in Landskrona. In this role, you will become part of a specialized team responsible for the company's most strategically important customers, acting as a central contact point between the customer, traffic departments, and internal functions.

More information about the client company will be provided during a telephone interview.

This position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Emploid and seconded to the client company.

About the Role

As a Traffic Coordinator, you will play a key role in a team dedicated to ensuring a high level of service for some of the company's largest and most complex customers. The role acts as a hub between the customer and internal departments, where you are responsible for coordinating, following up on, and quality-assuring transport flows throughout the entire process.

The work is administrative and event-driven, focusing on follow-up, control, and problem-solving. You will monitor deviations, review bookings, handle documentation, track costs and lead times, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken when things do not go according to plan.

The work environment is characterized by a fast pace, significant responsibility, and numerous contact points both nationally and internationally.

More concretely, the duties include:

• Coordinate and follow up on transport flows for strategically important customers
• Act as a contact person between the customer and internal traffic departments
• Handle bookings, deviations, and customer inquiries
• Ensure transport assignments are carried out as agreed
• Review documentation and invoices

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong service focus. You thrive in a coordinating role where you keep many parallel tasks organized while ensuring the details are correct.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, structured, and able to collaborate easily with different people and functions. You are motivated by taking responsibility, creating order, and contributing to efficient operations even when the pace is high.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Experience from an administrative, coordinating, or service-oriented role
• Good computer skills and an interest in technology, digital tools, and data
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience from the logistics, transport, or forwarding industry

Start: According to agreement

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:40

Salary: According to agreement
