About Us

Retail Support is a Swedish company that has grown significantly since its inception in 2012 and is now also represented in our Nordic neighboring countries: Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. We target suppliers, primarily within the building materials retail sector, offering services such as store logistics, store renovations and extensions, and events of various scales. Retail Support is part of Svensk Handel and has a collective agreement with the Swedish Union for Shop and Commercial Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).

About the Role

Your role at Retail Support is as a warehouse and merchandising assistant, where you will act as the extended arm between suppliers and their retail customers. Your primary tasks will involve fronting, displaying, and restocking goods according to the supplier's requests in-store.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, with significant flexibility to influence your schedule. We are looking for students or individuals with another primary occupation for the upcoming high season and summer holidays, with a good chance of extension. The workplace is located in Hyllinge.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and flexible, and who does not shy away from hard and physical work when required. We want you to enjoy working in a team and appreciate taking personal responsibility, as many tasks are performed independently in the store. You should be detail-oriented, have a sense of order, and the ability to work efficiently and systematically.

Your daily work will primarily consist of merchandising and restocking in-store, though occasional renovations may also be required.

The most important factor is not your previous experience, but who you are as a person, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Previous experience in merchandising is considered an asset.

You will undergo internal training and workplace induction, which means you need to master the Swedish language.
