PostNord is always on the move. Goods, parcels, and shipments are sorted, packed, and sent to reach a waiting destination. Today's expectations for deliveries are high, and as a shunter, you are a crucial part of our success. Together, we support each other to deliver a sustainable and reliable chain of continuous deliveries.

This is a permanent position with 100% employment, starting October 1st. Your working hours will be scheduled for evenings or nights, Monday to Friday. You have the opportunity to specify which working hours suit you best in your application. We apply a 6-month probation period.

What you will do

A shunter at PostNord moves, sorts, and positions vehicles and trailers in the terminal area to ensure a smooth logistical flow.

• Shunt and move trailing vehicles in the yard to ensure efficient logistical flow, order, and structure.
• Ensure that vehicles are placed in the correct location according to the plan.
• Maintain close communication with colleagues via radio to coordinate work.
• Conduct daily checks, refueling, and simple maintenance of the shunt trucks.
• Receive drivers with incoming deliveries at our terminal area.

What you bring with you

• Technical vehicle knowledge and experience handling large vehicles.
• Good understanding of safety routines.
• Truck license D2.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• High school diploma.
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
