Do you want to make a real difference every day? At Ragn-Sells, that is exactly what we do, regardless of your position. We are a family-owned business in its third generation, with experience behind us and our eyes on tomorrow's innovations. Here, you will help shape a circular future where we reduce the need to extract new raw materials and instead use what we already have – over and over again.
To our operations in Malmö, Ragn-Sells is now looking for a Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Section Manager and take responsibility for parts of our ongoing production issues.
About the role
As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that customer solutions work from start to finish. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, where you will, among other things, collaborate closely with the sales organization. You are responsible for the purchase and delivery of materials and equipment, as well as coordinating installation, assembly, and dismantling at the customer's site.
In this role, you will, among other things:
- Be responsible for ongoing customer contacts and deliveries within the production units.
- Ensure startup, production, and dismantling according to agreements and customer requirements.
- Coordinate new agreements and deliveries together with the responsible salesperson/KAM, APC, section manager, as well as vehicle and equipment managers.
- Perform and follow up on quality controls, both internally and externally towards the customer.
- Identify improvement opportunities and, if necessary, propose alternative production solutions.
- Contribute to business development in close collaboration with the responsible salesperson/KAM.
- Quality-assure production solutions in connection with quotation work.
- Prepare cost bases for quotations and renegotiations.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have a high school or post-secondary education in technology, logistics, economics, or equivalent experience. You have a good understanding of economics, are used to working in a goal-oriented manner, and we see it as a strong merit if you have experience from the transport or recycling industry. We expect you to have good knowledge of waste equipment, an understanding of production flows, and a practical and technical interest. Furthermore, you have good IT skills and are comfortable working in various operational and business systems, and hold a B driving license.
As a person, you are result-oriented, self-initiating, and proactive. You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner with a good ability to follow up and drive work forward. You are communicative, relationship-building, and collaborate without hierarchy with both colleagues and customers. With a solution-oriented approach, you see opportunities for efficiency and have a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
Application
The last day for applications is 2026-07-08, and we conduct rolling selections.
If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact Section Manager Martin Hermodsson at [email protected].
We look forward to receiving your application!
