We are recruiting on behalf of OV Helsingborg HK, one of Skåne's leading sports clubs, for a business-driven Sales & Partner Manager.
OV Helsingborg HK is a handball club with a long tradition, characterized by great commitment and pride. We are now looking for a Sales & Partner Manager who wants to be part of our continued journey.
Working in a team with our Club Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing the club's revenues. You will have clear personal responsibilities and work together with a committed network within the club.
You will be responsible for attracting new partners and sponsors, as well as retaining, nurturing, and developing existing relationships. As Sales & Partner Manager, you will independently identify new business opportunities and develop existing partner offers. Part of the new role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of club activities for our partners/sponsors.
Experience and Competence
- A heart for sports is an advantage, but the most important thing is your drive and willingness to contribute to the club's development.
- You are business-driven and have experience in sales, preferably from the sports sector.
- You have experience throughout the entire sales process and possess the organizational skills to document and follow up on partnerships.
- You are outgoing, open-hearted, and have a knack for building relationships and long-term partnerships.
- You are resilient, results-oriented, and eager to develop and improve.
- You are unpretentious and have a natural ability to collaborate with others.
- You enjoy involving others in work and decision-making, while remaining independent and driving your own tasks.
- You are flexible, maintain a high pace, and are willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
