Your Role

As a Regional Project & Security Coordinator, you will become a key person in our delivery. You lead and coordinate projects at several of our customer sites in Sweden (excluding Stockholm) – from minor office adaptations to complex renovations. You work closely with the customer, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure that every project is a success. We are an engaged team that enjoys having fun at work while our most important mission is to deliver projects professionally with the customer in focus. Your Responsibilities:

• Drive projects from start to finish
• Handle procurement and supplier contacts
• Manage security delivery at the customer site
• Act as the customer's advisor and create long-term relationships
• Ensure financial follow-up and reporting
• Support local teams as needed

Who are you?

• You have experience in project management and preferably a technical background. You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge in Facility Management, construction projects, or office projects, technical projects, or similar is meritorious.
• A valid B-driver's license is required.
• We request an extract from the Swedish Criminal Record Register according to Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Register for employment.
• The position requires a passed Security Clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) and a security clearance interview before an offer of permanent employment is made.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The corporate language is English.
• Experienced in conducting dialogue with both clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Thrive working both in a team and independently.

Meritorious if you have experience from a security company.

Main Tasks:

• Act as a representative for CBRE towards customers and suppliers.
• Ensure that subcontractors' and own tasks are performed according to developed processes and routines in accordance with CBRE's environmental, health, and safety policy.
• Experience in project management and procurement.
• Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U and standard agreements (AB04, ABK09, ABT06).
• Ability to read drawings (Bluebeam).
• Placing orders and following up on subcontractors.
• Good financial understanding.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Travel is part of the role.

The position is full-time, permanent, with a location in Linköping after a passed security clearance.
