The daily work is varied and includes everything from counseling and sales of medicines and self-care products to working with inventory, campaigns, quality, and development. As an LMA (Pharmacy Manager), you also work with:

• Ensuring that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are carried out and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Handling deviations and deficiencies that arise at the pharmacy, assessing them, and taking necessary measures.
• Having overall responsibility for monitoring the quality of the business and contributing to spreading knowledge about good medicine use and quality within the team.

The pharmacy is open 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, 09:30–14:00 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent full-time position and you are welcomed to Pharmacy Manager Kia's team. Start date according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or registered pharmacy technician. You have substantial experience as a pharmaceutical professional and want to share your knowledge to contribute to good medicine use and improved health, for both customers and colleagues.

For the role of LMA, you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and at least one year of documented quality work. We believe you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
