We are growing – and we are now looking for two dedicated paving workers who want to contribute to the sustainable infrastructure of the future.

🔨 Responsibilities

As a paving worker with us, you will have a varied daily routine, working on both smaller service jobs and larger contracts. Your tasks include:

• Paving work – machine and manual handling
• Rolling/Compacting
• Tacking
• Adjusting
• Other common tasks within paving
• Simpler ground and construction works

You will become part of a team where collaboration, quality, and job satisfaction are at the center.

👤 Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with asphalt and construction work
• Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Takes responsibility and is willing to step up when needed
• Is organized and keeps the workplace, vehicles, and storage in good condition
• Is a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Experience in asphalt, ground, and construction
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Asfalt i Småland was founded in 2013 and operates within a radius of approximately 20 miles around Jönköping. We handle everything from repairing small potholes to laying large industrial floors – no project is too big or too small.
