Do you want to work in a role where you take responsibility while being part of a tight-knit team with close support from colleagues? We are now looking for nurses for functional support in South West (Askim, Frölunda & Högsbo). Here you will find varied and meaningful work where you make a difference in people's daily lives.

You work with patients within functional support aged 18–65 years, with congenital or acquired disabilities. The patients live in housing with special support and services, and many also participate in day activities. In this role, you plan, lead, and follow up on care together with the patient and nursing staff. The interventions range from preventive work to more advanced health and medical care.

You will have an independent and flexible job where you plan your working day and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams. You also have the opportunity to influence working methods and development, with a focus on person-centered care. Your base of operations is our premises on FO Petersonsgatan.

As a new employee, you will receive an individually tailored introduction to help you feel secure in your role. We offer continuous competence development with a focus on the target group within functional support. The work is primarily during daytime hours, with some evening and weekend shifts.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. You can be experienced or new to the profession – the most important thing is your commitment and interest in working within functional support. Experience within municipal health care and/or with patients with functional variations is an advantage. A B-class driver's license is required.

For the position, you also need good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing, to be able to adapt communication and information according to the situation and the patient's needs. Furthermore, you are independent in your work, but you also value the importance of collaboration and communication with your colleagues and patients. You are structured and have the ability to organize your work in an effective way, which contributes to high quality care.
