As a district doctor at Nyhälsan, you will have a broad general medical role in two care environments: a medium-sized health centre in Nässjö and a smaller branch in Forserum. This provides variety in your daily work and the opportunity to contribute to care that evolves close to both patients and staff.

Your role

As a specialist in general medicine, you will work with the full scope of primary care responsibilities. You will conduct medical assessments, follow up with patients, and collaborate closely with nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and other colleagues. You will work both at the health centre in Nässjö and at the branch in Forserum. This combination offers you both the breadth of the larger health centre and the closeness of the smaller branch. You will also have the autonomy to influence planning, working methods, and how we together create a sustainable daily routine for patients and staff.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and wish to work in a health centre where patient needs, relationships, and medical judgment guide the work over time. You are confident in your medical profession but curious about what becomes possible when care is organized closer to the patient and when the doctor's assessments take place alongside the team's competence. You want to work broadly, take responsibility in patient care, and help develop working methods that work in practice.

Bräcke Health Centre Nyhälsan

Nyhälsan is a health centre in Nässjö with a branch in Forserum and approximately 7,800 registered patients. The facility includes a doctor's clinic, a nurse's clinic, diabetes and asthma/COPD clinics, a psychosocial team, and rehabilitation services. This provides excellent conditions for working together around the patient and meeting various needs within the scope of general medical care.
