Senior Acceptance Test Lead – Consulting Assignment via Framework Agreement

We are currently looking for several Senior Acceptance Test Leads for fixed-term consulting assignments via framework agreements in Stockholm.

The assignments involve working in complex and business-critical IT environments, with a focus on test management, requirement traceability, and quality assurance prior to implementations and releases.

About the Role

As a Senior Acceptance Test Lead, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading acceptance tests within both projects and operations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, testing resources, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead acceptance tests
• Develop and maintain a risk-based test strategy and acceptance test plan
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases
• Coordinate business representatives and testing resources
• Ensure access to correct and anonymized test data
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal IT
• Track and prioritize defects prior to go-live
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including GDPR and patient data regulations
• Report test status, risks, and recommendations
• Prepare decision materials for Go/No-Go decisions

Requirements

• At least two (2) relevant reference assignments where the consultant played an active role in developing both functional and non-functional requirements as an integrated part of requirements definition, development, testing, and implementation of IT systems
• Several years of experience in acceptance test leadership in large IT environments
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or ReQtest
• Strong experience in test strategy, requirement management, and quality monitoring
• Very good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

About the Assignment

• Start date: 2026-06-23
• Assignment period: Until 2027-06-22 with possibility of extension
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm with some flexibility
