We are currently looking for an assistant for one of our clients in Fränsta. He is a happy and energetic four-year-old boy with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome. He lives at home with his mother and younger sister and requires 24/7 assistance. You and he will share all the everyday moments of life together. He loves swimming at the local pool and listening to music. The characters "Babblarna" and "Arne Alligator" are big favorites, as are cars and vehicles of all kinds.

The client has limited communication skills and is practicing AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Previous experience with AAC is considered an advantage.

The position is 75–100% and involves day shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, as well as awake night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00.

The role involves working both at the client's home and at the preschool. Night shifts are primarily of a supervisory nature. Working hours vary between weekdays and weekends.

A fixed hourly wage will be agreed upon, and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the collective agreement.
