We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Order Entry & Admin Support for a global company in either Västerås or Nyköping. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either Västerås or Nyköping.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up
- Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes
- Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools
- Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders
- Identify improvement areas and support process development
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
- Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required
- Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred
This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås or Nyköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in either Västerås or Nyköping.
