We are currently looking for a driven and solution-oriented property employee for one of our clients. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the goal and opportunity to be taken over directly by the client upon completion of the period.

About the role

This is a broad and varied position where no two days are alike. You will work with property services and ongoing maintenance, as well as handle customer fault reports and service cases. The role requires you to be handy, self-sufficient, and have a strong sense of service.

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Property services and minor maintenance tasks
• Handling fault reports and customer contact
• Supervision and maintenance of properties and outdoor areas
• Snow removal and winter maintenance
• On-call duty for the property every other weekend
• Operation of machinery and tools as needed

We would like you to have:

• Experience in property services, maintenance, or similar work
• Machinery proficiency
• Education or experience in property and/or gardening
• A solution-oriented approach to work
• Good teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
• Category B driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with snow removal and winter maintenance
• Experience working with machinery
• Property or gardening education
