About the Position

We are now looking for dedicated and calm assistants for a man living in Uppsala, Luthagen. The man uses a wheelchair and needs help with most aspects of his daily life. He is a charming man with a twinkle in his eye, and if you are the right person for the role, you will have a very rewarding job.

The work involves, in addition to usual tasks such as help with meals, hygiene, and cleaning, also assistance with exercise. You will have skilled and helpful colleagues, and sometimes double assistance is provided for activities.

About the Role

What we primarily need are temporary substitutes who can step in on short notice, but a regular schedule may be offered to the right person. You should be available to work weekends. Shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and occasionally overnight, as well as weekends.

We are looking for someone who

• is a calm and secure person with self-drive.
• sees and takes responsibility for what needs to be done.
• has a great ability to put yourself in someone else's situation and perspective.

Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important factor is that the chemistry between you and our client is right.
