Do you want to be the person who makes a modern electronics production run smoothly? Do you like order, structure, and ensuring that planning actually becomes reality in production? Then you could be our next Production Support.

We are an established EMS company in Motala that has been building electronics for customers with high demands on quality, traceability, and delivery security since 2003. We are now looking for a person who wants to be the hub between planning and production.

About the role

As Production Support, you are the link between our central planning and what is happening on the floor. You ensure that production is ready, that the right things happen in the right order, and that obstacles are identified before they affect the flow. The role is hands-on and has no personnel responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee and follow up on daily production planning
• Ensure operators have materials, tools, and documentation
• Prepare stations for runs
• Pick up materials and equipment as needed
• Identify obstacles and resolve them before the flow is affected
• Report deviations and status to planning/management
• Be the first point of contact for operators with practical questions
• Contribute to a stable and predictable production flow

• Have experience from industry, assembly, or similar
• Enjoy creating flow and predictability

Experience from electronics production is meritorious but not a requirement.
