Nurse for Orthopedic Clinic, Ryhov County Hospital

The Orthopedic Clinic at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping is now looking for a nurse. You will work with telephone advice and run a clinic with your own wound care unit. You will also assist at the doctor's clinic and perform other common nursing tasks. You will also actively participate in the improvement work we conduct at the clinic. Working hours are during office hours, and you also have shorter working days on Fridays.

Your future workplace

The Orthopedic Clinic Ryhov is the largest orthopedic clinic in Jönköping County. We offer treatment, care, and rehabilitation for orthopedic diseases.

The Orthopedic Clinic has a large planned activity with outpatient care and surgery. At the clinic, we assess patients who have pain in the body's musculoskeletal system and also follow up on patients being treated for fractures.

The Orthopedic Clinic has two care wards. One ward cares for patients with acute orthopedic injuries and diseases. The other ward cares for patients in connection with various planned surgeries on the musculoskeletal system.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work in our exciting operations. It is meritorious to have operating room nurse training as you will be involved as an operating room nurse and be helpful in surgical planning in the surgical activity conducted at the orthopedic clinic. We would like you to have worked for a few years in inpatient care and have previous experience with Cosmic and wound care. If you have experience from orthopedic activities, we see it as an advantage.

As a person, you are orderly and plan your work in an efficient way. A lot can happen during a working day, so you also need to be able to adapt to new conditions and be able to prioritize this work in situations when the pace is sometimes high and changes are rapid. You are clear in your communication with others, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy patient contact. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
