Job Description

We are looking for physiotherapists for Primary Care Rehab in Linköping. As a physiotherapist with us, you work independently to assess and treat patients individually and in groups. The assignment is broad and may include orthopedic rehabilitation as well as mental ill-health and chronic pain. Documentation and administrative tasks are also clear parts of the assignment.

The physiotherapist works closely with other professional categories within the primary care assignment.

You are part of the care chain with the patient's best interests in focus. Within primary care, development is rapid, and we constantly work on improvement and competence development to meet new needs in the population.

Work Group

The Primary Care Unit in Linköping is part of Rörelse och hälsa and has approximately 70 employees consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrators. The unit offers good opportunities for professional development and clinical career paths. The assignment includes assessment and treatment of people with chronic pain, mental ill-health, musculoskeletal disorders, and COPD/heart failure. We collaborate closely with the county's other rehabilitation organizations, health centers in the central part of the county, clinics at Linköping University Hospital, and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Linköping University.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist, or becoming a licensed physiotherapist, with an interest in working within primary care. Previous experience working in primary care is meritorious. Studies at a higher academic level or research experience is also meritorious.
