123ink AB is an e-commerce company that primarily sells printer accessories, office supplies, and other consumables.

We launched our e-commerce platform in Sweden in 2015 and have grown significantly since then. Today, we have over 450,000 customers and are one of Sweden's leading players in our industry – and our customer base continues to grow every day.

We are now looking for a new colleague for our customer service department in Jordbro, Haninge, approximately 20 minutes south of Stockholm City.

This is a recruitment we do not conduct very often, as our customer service team is stable and many of our employees have been with us for a long time. As we grow, we now need to strengthen the team with one additional colleague.

For the right person, this is therefore a great opportunity to become part of a tightly knit team in a company that continues to grow.

There is a very good atmosphere and cohesion among the staff, and the tasks are both varied and challenging.

We have several employees who started in roles such as warehouse or customer service and now hold leadership positions within the company. For those who want to take initiative and enjoy developing, the opportunities are therefore great.

About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you will become an important part of the company's face to the outside world.

You will have daily contact with our customers and help them via phone, email, and chat.

Your service, your attitude, and the way you communicate have a significant impact on the customer's experience of us.

The tasks are varied and include among other things:

  • Order processing
  • Incoming calls as well as outgoing calls to existing customers
  • Chat
  • Email
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other tasks related to customer service

The work suits you if you thrive in a varied pace, enjoy customer contact, and like finding solutions.

Some days can have a high pace with many cases at the same time, so it is important that you are structured, service-oriented, and can maintain a positive tone even when there is a lot to do. Your voice and your messages have a major impact on what our customers think of us.

It is important that you understand the meaning of good customer service and know how to express yourself to provide the best possible service to our customers. Since you will largely be the company's face to the outside world, we also value the social aspect highly.

In addition to the qualities mentioned above, we also have some mandatory points.

We are looking for you who:

  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
  • Is service-oriented and enjoys helping customers
  • Is punctual and responsible
  • Thrives with varied tasks
  • Can work structured even when the pace is high
  • Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good work environment

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service, especially via phone and email, but it is not a requirement.

Working hours and conditions

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Location: Jordbro, Haninge, approximately 20 minutes south of Stockholm City

Salary: According to agreement
