We are now looking for an on-site technician for a long-term assignment within IT support and AV technology. The role suits you if you have experience with conference room technology, broadcast technology, and user support, and thrive in a business-close, service-oriented role.

You will support the business with video production and streaming, as well as handle equipment in meeting rooms and workstations. The role also involves supporting the service desk with incidents, troubleshooting, orders, and user queries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming cases such as orders, incidents, problems, and questions in the case management system

• Handle internal and external broadcasts, both digital and physical

• Troubleshoot hardware and software related to conference room technology and workstation technology

• Ensure information, classification, and prioritization of cases

• Resolve incidents according to SLA and OLA

• Document solutions and routines in the knowledge base

• Training, information dissemination, and knowledge transfer

Requirements for the position:

• At least 2 years of work experience in the last 5 years in the role of IT technician

• At least 2 years of work experience in AV technology

• At least 2 years of work experience with broadcast technology such as audio and video mixing

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Teams Room

• Experience in troubleshooting and installation of client hardware

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with orders and incident handling in ServiceNow

• Education in film production or similar

• A qualified assignment with carefully selected and attractive clients
