Following a comprehensive renovation, Sheraton Stockholm has now taken the next step into the future of the hotel experience. With newly renovated rooms, updated restaurant and bar concepts, as well as developed gym and wellness areas, we continue to create a modern and inspiring destination for both domestic and international travelers.

We are now looking for an engaged Reservations Agent for our reservations department who wants to help represent the new Sheraton Stockholm. At our hotel, service and the guest experience are always in focus, and as a Reservations Agent, you are often the first point of contact our guests have with the hotel. We are therefore looking for you who are passionate about service, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic hotel environment where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process bookings via phone and email
• Create, update, and reconcile bookings in our various systems
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
• Actively work on upselling rooms and offers
• Ensure correct information and high quality in all communication with guests
• Contribute to creating a warm, personal, and professional service experience from the first contact

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in hotel reception and/or reservations
• Good organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
• Ability to work independently and proactively, while also thriving in a team
• Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
