We are now looking for registered nurses for summer temporary positions at Nacka Senior Center Ektorp.

Your Assignment

As a nurse, you play a central role in our customers' healthcare. You are responsible for medical interventions and serve as a vital link between the customer, the team, and other professions. The role is both independent and involves close collaboration with strong support from colleagues.

Your daily tasks include, among other things:

• being responsible for healthcare interventions for our customers
• managing and following up on medications
• guiding and supporting care staff in nursing work

You work in a multiprofessional team together with nurses, care staff, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Together, you create a safe and high-quality care environment for our customers.

Are you the one?

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or who will graduate by summer. Experience in elderly care is an advantage, but not a requirement as we provide a secure introduction so you can quickly get into the work.

You are confident in your professional role, or at the beginning of it, and are eager to develop. You have a genuine interest in the target group. As a person, you are solution-focused and adaptable, and you take independent responsibility for your tasks. You see the value in working closely with both customers and colleagues. You are receptive when colleagues and partners share information, and you always put the customer's needs first. In your role, you meet people with different levels of knowledge and can easily adapt your communication thanks to your pedagogical approach.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Nacka Senior Center (NSC) is a meeting place for seniors and the municipal alternative for elderly care, offering social activities, care, and support in the form of day activities and special housing.
