To our pleasant and well-run operation in Vårby, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and structured coordinator with management responsibility who wants to play a central role in how our operations function and develop. This position combines daily coordination work with responsibility for strengthening working methods, routines, and contributing to good collaboration.

The assignment includes:

• Keeping together and driving working methods in the coordinator role to ensure they follow a defined direction and are carried out with high quality.
• Working operationally with planning, coordination, and follow-up in daily work.
• Being an active force in development work, including contributing to educational initiatives.
• Ensuring that coordinators have the right support, guidance, and prerequisites to succeed in their assignments.
• Collecting, structuring, and presenting data for statistics, such as key figures.
• Following up on and analyzing operational data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinating reviews of planning work to ensure our coordinator processes are current, clear, and appropriate.
• Acting as the environmental and fire safety representative.

The role of coordinator with management responsibility entails a responsibility to contribute to making our administrative processes more cohesive, clear, and efficient — and to provide the operation with a stable hub to base itself on.

• The role requires that you are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska).
• Very good experience working with and understanding the work tool Epsilon. This includes not only familiarity with the tool but also system competence.
• Very good digital competence and confidence in working with various systems and digital environments.
• Very good experience working in Take Care and proficiency in referral handling.
• Very good experience in coordinator work.
• Good ability to collaborate and communicate with different functions.

• Full-time position, primarily scheduled on weekdays.
• Some weekend work may occur.
• Probation period of 6 months with the possibility of continued employment.
