IES Halmstad is looking for a qualified teacher in English and Swedish for grades 7–9. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date in August. A probationary period of six months applies.

You can adapt your teaching to reach different students and, in collaboration with our student health team and special needs educators, work inclusively with students who have special needs. For us, ongoing and clear feedback to students and guardians is a must, and you see it as a natural part of your teaching. In this feedback, you provide information on both progress and areas for development and improvement.

We are looking for you who speak English and Swedish fluently and hold a Swedish teacher's license. Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the application process. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

If offered the position, you will be asked to present an extract from the Swedish criminal record register (belastningsregistret).
