Without a strong team, we are nothing. Therefore, we are looking for you who want to create something together with us.

Tryffelsvinet is run by us, Patte and Kattis. In 2020, we moved down to Scania with our children to open Tryffelsvinet in Kivik. In late summer 2024, we took the next step and opened Tryffelsvinet Ystad in the charming old station house.

Both restaurants reflect us, what inspires us, and what we love. Italian cuisine is our core: focus on details, authenticity, great ingredients, and a desire to develop, but always keeping it "simple" with big, clean flavors.

The menu is filled with classic Italian elements: pasta dishes that make taste buds sing, antipasti to share with friends, seafood risotto, and juicy meat dishes, all prepared with passion and craftsmanship.

We are passionate about service that is professional, knowledgeable, and familiar, without ever feeling stiff. Tryffelsvinet should be a place where everyone feels welcome, both guests and colleagues.

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in serving and who want to work at a restaurant where passion, quality, and community are at the center.
