About the role

As a traveling service technician at Victorsson, you work with service, repair, and warranty work on technical facilities within poultry and egg production. You will have a broad and varied role where you combine practical work at the customer's site with planning, documentation, and follow-up of service assignments.

You maintain ongoing contact with customers and ensure that the right materials, spare parts, and equipment are available for each assignment. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in technology, projects, warehouse/logistics, sales, and spare parts. At the same time, you contribute to developing the service operation through better routines, clearer workflows, and more structured working methods.

The position is based in Frillesås, and you need to be able to work on-site for the majority of your time. Travel occurs regularly, primarily within Sweden and Norway. The work is often performed in stable environments with animals, which requires that you feel comfortable in this type of working environment.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Perform service, repair, and warranty work at customer sites

• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on facilities and equipment

• Maintain ongoing customer contact before, during, and after service assignments

• Plan materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for assignments

• Document completed work and ensure documentation for follow-up

• Contribute to order, structure, and improved work routines within the service operation

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Technical education at least at the upper secondary level

• Experience in technical, practical, or service-oriented work

• Experience working with service, assembly, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or similar tasks

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from agriculture, industry, installation, or other practical technical environments is meritorious. Experience with spare parts, work orders, technical documentation, control systems, or hot work is also meritorious but not a requirement.
