Job Description

The role involves facilitating daily life for residents, providing high-quality care, and ensuring a meaningful everyday routine. As a designated care contact, you will be responsible for creating and following up on implementation plans together with residents, collaborating with relatives, and working alongside licensed healthcare professionals. A respectful and empathetic approach is essential. By working with person-centered care, we focus on the strengths and well-being of each resident.

The duties include documentation and performing rehabilitative measures based on instructions from physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Medical tasks are performed based on delegation from licensed nurses.

Note: The workplace, Vidala, is located in Södra Vi. Public transportation options may be limited, so having access to your own car for commuting may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Education in Nursing and Care (Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet) or other education assessed as equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in similar work is an advantage.
• A valid Category B driver's license is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, service-oriented, and positive. It is important that you can work independently and have strong collaboration skills. Empathy is also a key trait. The role requires documentation, so computer literacy and good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written) are required.
