About the Role

Upplevelsemäklarna is an event and activity company driven by creating future memories for customers. Activities and experiences that customers will talk about at the coffee machine, during the next budget meeting, or when you bump into a colleague in town. They create memories through experiences that are fun, challenging, interesting, and team-building. They are currently growing and need more employees to lead and plan upcoming events.

We are looking for two new employees to work as Event Managers, offering flexible working hours and significant development opportunities. This is a part-time position involving an average of 10–15 hours per week. In this role, we place great emphasis on personal qualities as they are key to success. A successful Event Manager at Upplevelsemäklarna is social, engaging, unpretentious, and communicative.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting and carrying out various tasks before, during, and after events to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

• Prepare events on-site
• Conduct the event together with participants
• Ensure all materials are available for experiences and activities
• Communicate with clients and various venues
• Create a great atmosphere and fun memories for clients and participants

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Is a student or has another employment of at least 50%
• Enjoys speaking in front of larger groups of people

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in the service industry or similar tasks
• Are studying a post-secondary education in a relevant field such as events and marketing

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
