At Active Academy, we are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Love working with children.
• 👉 Have rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• 👉 Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all sports courts, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus entirely on spreading wonderful movement joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

📅 Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Shifts are scheduled on weekdays between 17:00–19:00 or during the day on weekends. For specific times in certain areas, go to the website www.knatteskutt.se and search for Stockholm. There you can also read more about our operations.
• Approx. 1–3 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. It is an advantage if you have studied the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, have other dance training, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply; you may have the right personality regardless.
