We are now looking for a social and structured Influencer & Creator Coordinator who wants to join an exciting launch journey after the summer.

You will become part of an entrepreneurial health company backed by well-respected investors, facing a major launch at the end of August. Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning and contribute to building the brand's presence through creators, UGC, and social channels.

About the Role

As an Influencer & Creator Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage contact and coordination with UGC profiles and creators. You will ensure that orders, briefs, and deliveries are carried out according to set guidelines, and that the material meets the right quality standards and follows the brand's visual expression.

You will work closely with the Content Manager and act as a key link between creators and the internal team. The role also includes responsibility for seeding and targeted outreach to relevant profiles and target groups.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate contact with UGC profiles and creators
• Ensure content is delivered according to brief and schedule
• Quality-assure content based on brand, tone, and visual expression
• Forward material to the Content Manager for publishing
• Plan and execute seeding and outreach to relevant profiles
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and external contacts
• Administer and follow up on collaborations and deliveries

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is organized, engaged, and has an interest in social media, creators, and visual content. You thrive in a role with many touchpoints and enjoy working at a fast pace where you take responsibility and drive things forward.

• Previous experience in customer service or client contact
• Structured, administrative, and detail-oriented
• Social, positive, and communicative
• Interest in social media, influencers, and visual content
• Engaged and comfortable in a fast-paced role with many touchpoints
• Good eye for visual content and brand expression
• Experience from social media, creators, or influencer marketing is a plus
• Previous experience from startups, lifestyle, or brand-driven companies is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
