About the role
Ikett Personalpartner is currently looking for a driven and service-oriented spare parts salesperson to join Lantmännen in Falkenberg. Do you have a strong interest in machinery, technology, and spare parts? Do you thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy finding quick and smooth solutions? Then this might be the right job for you! As a spare parts salesperson, you will become a key part of the operations, working closely with both the workshop and service teams to ensure that customers and technicians receive the correct parts at the right time.
Your responsibilities:
- Sales of spare parts via counter, phone, and email
- Advice regarding spare parts and technical solutions
- Ordering, inventory management, and logistics
- Handling both original parts and alternative solutions
- Close collaboration with the workshop and service technicians
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for providing excellent service. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. The position is during daytime hours, with a start date to be agreed upon. In this recruitment process, Lantmännen Maskin AB collaborates with Ikett Personalpartner AB; your employment will be directly with Lantmännen Maskin AB.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are driven, engaged, and enjoy taking initiative. You thrive in helping customers and colleagues and have a natural feel for service and problem-solving. You work in a structured manner and ensure that tasks are completed on time. This role suits you if you enjoy working independently as well as collaborating closely with your colleagues. We would appreciate if you have:
- Experience with spare parts, technical sales, or similar work
- Background in machinery, contracting, agriculture, or the automotive industry is an advantage
- A service-oriented and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to build good and long-term customer relationships
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and technical understanding of mechanics and administration
- Valid B-driver's license
