Do you want to work with modern DevOps tools in a technically advanced environment where you can develop alongside an engaged team? We are now looking for a System Administrator for a long-term assignment with one of our clients.

About the role

As a System Administrator, you will work with operations, maintenance, and continuous improvements. You will become a key part of ensuring stable deliveries and contributing to a high degree of automation and self-service.

You will work with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Vault, Bitbucket, and Artifactory, and be responsible for developing, improving, and securing the operations of the infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and managing CI/CD environments
• Automating processes and improving pipelines
• Troubleshooting and handling incidents in Linux-based environments
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving system performance
• Further developing routines for updates and monitoring
• Contributing to increased operational security and efficiency

You will work in a cross-functional team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are in focus. Here you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, contribute ideas, and grow in your role.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career in DevOps or operations and wants to develop further in a modern technical environment.

You likely have:

• 1–3 years of experience as a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Linux Administrator
• Good knowledge of Linux (one of the most important foundations)
• Experience with Bash scripting
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD

Furthermore, you have experience with some of the following:

• Jenkins (preferably practical experience)
• Ansible (used in projects or work)
• Git or Bitbucket
• Artifactory or similar tools

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience with Docker or Podman
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Understanding of monitoring (e.g., Grafana or Prometheus)
• Basic knowledge of security (e.g., LDAP or SELinux)
