Appointment Setter Wanted at Optimal Trappstädning – Drive Our Growth

Optimal Trappstädning is growing and is now looking for one driven appointment setter who wants to be part of our growth journey from 20 to 50 million SEK in revenue. Start in August.

About the Role

In this role, you will call housing associations (BRFs) across Stockholm to schedule high-quality customer meetings for our sales team. You are the first point of contact for the client and a key player in our sales process – without you, no deals. You will be based at our central office near Fridhemsplan, working alongside the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to BRFs in Stockholm
• Scheduling high-quality meetings for our sales representatives
• Managing your pipeline and following up on leads
• Contributing to a positive and energetic office atmosphere

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, driven, and enjoys talking to people
• Has a business mindset and is motivated by achieving (and exceeding) goals
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Presents a professional image on the phone
• Takes responsibility and has the ambition to grow alongside the company

Previous experience in phone booking or sales is a plus, but not a requirement. The right attitude is what matters most.

We provide stairwell cleaning and window cleaning services for housing associations in Stockholm and currently have over 450 clients. We are a family-owned company with strong growth and long-term customer relationships.
