About the Role

As a Customer Receptionist, you are a key person in the operations, where relationships and service are central. You have daily contact with both external and internal customers, both physically and digitally, and help with everything from technical advice to booking car care, tire changes, and accessory installation. You are also responsible for creating cost estimates and ensuring that every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.

Our car salespeople are an important internal collaboration partner, and together you work to deliver according to the customer's wishes. In preparation for the handover of new cars, you play a key role in booking the car and ensuring it is ready according to the agreement. The role also includes upselling, handling warranty issues, and invoicing. We also see that you, with your engagement, want to help develop the business to create the best possible customer experience and increased efficiency.

Who are you?

We would like you to have experience from a similar role, good administrative skills, and a B driver's license. If you also have a technical background in the automotive industry, it is an advantage.
