Vingåker Elderly Care

Vingåker Elderly Care is a consolidated unit located in the southern parts of Vingåker's town center. Here, all expertise is gathered under one roof!

Our combined expertise contributes to high service, quality care, and proximity to both colleagues and management. At our workplace, it is efficient to reach the right person for the right matter!

The elderly care consists of a somatic ward, a dementia ward, short-term housing, and 5 home care groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for two assistant nurses for two of our home care groups.

Since many of our care recipients live within walking or cycling distance, it is important that you can cycle.

As an assistant nurse in home care, you will work from a salutogenic approach. This means you will have varied tasks adapted to the individual's needs, enabling the person to continue living at home.

You will work together with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and management to ensure quality care.

Together with your team, you will be present in the daily lives of our individuals.

The role also includes performing documentation according to current legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse.

We would appreciate if you have previous experience in care and support work within elderly care, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in home care.

As a person, we believe you are independent and responsible with a positive outlook, and that you have the ability to collaborate.

You know from experience, or are curious about, what it is like to work in a small organization and what advantages and challenges it may involve.

You are solution-focused and driven, and want to be part of developing our operations into Sweden's best home care.

A B-driver's license is an advantage.
