Responsibilities

In the role of property technician, you are offered a varied workday where no two days are alike. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and addressing everything from malfunctioning door automation and gates to simpler plumbing challenges
• Practical problem-solving in everyday tasks to ensure the building's internal functions operate flawlessly for the end user
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to find solutions and ensure high service quality
• Technical repairs and functional checks

We are looking for someone who

• Has an education in technical management or equivalent experience as assessed by us
• Has basic knowledge of property management in industrial environments
• Has good computer skills and understanding of digital work processes
• Is technically interested and has problem-solving abilities
• Has fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with control and monitoring systems
• Knowledge and experience in reading flow and system diagrams
• Electrical knowledge
• Plumbing knowledge
• Category B driver's license
