Without a strong team, we are nothing, and therefore we are looking for you who want to create something together with us.
Tryffelsvinet is run by us, Patte and Kattis, who moved down to Scania with our children in 2020 to open Tryffelsvinet in Kivik. In late summer 2024, we took the next step and opened Tryffelsvinet Ystad in the charming old station house.
Both restaurants reflect us, what inspires us, and what we love. Italian cuisine is our core: focus on details, authenticity, excellent ingredients, and a desire to develop, but always keeping it "simple" with bold, clean flavors.
The menu is filled with classic Italian elements: pasta dishes that make taste buds sing, antipasti to share with friends, seafood risotto, and juicy meat dishes served with passion and craftsmanship.
We are passionate about service that is professional, knowledgeable, and familiar, without ever feeling stiff. Tryffelsvinet should be a place where everyone feels welcome, both guests and colleagues.
