About the Role

Are you a curious and ambitious person who enjoys helping others and solving technical challenges? A modern and growing company in central Gothenburg is now looking for a First-Line IT Support Technician - perfect for you who want to develop quickly and become an important part of the company's IT environment!

As the first-line IT support, you are the first point of contact when customers need technical help! You work close to the operations and keep daily life running smoothly by solving problems, answering questions, and guiding users through their digital challenges!

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email, and remote control
• Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, systems, and user-related issues
• Manage accounts, permissions, and other cases in case management systems
• Install and configure software, clients, and standard applications
• Perform administration in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
• Guide users in digital tools and provide pedagogical support

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with:

• 1-2 years of experience as an IT support technician or similar
• Knowledge of case management systems
• General knowledge of computers and peripherals
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset are your keywords, and you enjoy communicating with people in all situations.
