Peab Region Bygg Syd is now looking for an Environmental Coordinator to join our production support team in Malmö or Helsingborg. About the role
As an Environmental Coordinator, you will have an advisory and supportive role towards Peab's project organization and our customers. You will work closely with projects throughout the entire process – from the bidding phase and design to production and completion.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Environmental certifications
• Carbon calculations
• Environmental rounds and follow-up of environmental goals

Together with the team, you will drive and develop the region's environmental work, for example by implementing new working methods, training the organization, and participating in pilot projects.

About the team and region
You will be part of the production support group consisting of environmental coordinators and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) specialists, as well as a network of environmental coordinators within Peab Sweden. Region Bygg Syd / Region Bygg Bostad operates in Scania and Blekinge and works on many varied and interesting projects such as schools, hospitals, housing, offices, and swimming pools.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is structured, collaborative, and thrives on handling multiple parallel tasks. You communicate effortlessly with different professional roles and have a genuine commitment to translating environmental requirements into practical action in projects.

We are looking for someone with

• A university degree in construction or environmental science
• Experience in similar roles within property, consulting, or contracting activities
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience with environmental certification systems such as Miljöbyggnad or Svanen (The Nordic Swan Ecolabel) is an advantage.
