• You have solid experience (around 7+ years) within sustainability or a related field
• You understand how to turn sustainability strategies into real business actions
• You’re comfortable working across functions and building strong relationships
• You communicate clearly and can engage stakeholders on different levels
• You’re structured and analytical, but also creative when solving challenges
• You’re motivated by creating a positive impact for people, planet, and business

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Lead and implement sustainability projects, tools, and guidelines across the business
• Drive the sustainability agenda in line with overall strategy and priorities
• Follow up on sustainability performance and support continuous improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business plans
• Support alignment on priorities, resources, and activities to move the agenda forward
• Share knowledge, best practices, and help build sustainability competence
• Provide guidance and practical tools to support teams in their daily work
• Stay curious and bring in new insights and ideas to strengthen our impact
