Senab Concept is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a Logistics Developer Partnerships. In this role, you will be a key person in developing and streamlining working methods, with significant responsibility for ensuring efficient flows and high data quality within the company's logistics operations. This is a new role with great opportunities for development.

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration between Senab Concept and their 3PL partner. You will manage daily communication, drive follow-up on deliveries, and ensure that order and warehouse data maintain high quality. Additionally, you will actively identify areas for improvement in logistics flows, create fact-based materials, analyses, and decision support.

The primary location is Gothenburg (Head Office), but you will need to visit Tibro (where the in-house warehouse operations are located) on a weekly basis.

Main Responsibilities

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary contact person for the company's 3PL partner.
• Function as the internal contact for delivery flows.
• Ensure clear structure for case management.

Planning & Follow-up

• Lead daily and weekly operational meetings with the 3PL partner.
• Support planning and prioritization of order flows.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound deliveries and report status internally.

Order & Item Handling

• Ensure correct information flow between business systems (Visma) and the 3PL.
• Check inventory balances and order status against actual outcomes.
• Ensure correct reporting back from the 3PL.

Exception Handling

• Handle and investigate exceptions (e.g., backorders, missing goods).
• Escalate critical issues internally.
• Follow up on complaints and returns.
• Drive root cause analyses and improvement measures.

Master Data & Development

• Responsible for the quality and structure of item data (Item Master Data).
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods.
• Ensure that documentation and routines are up to date.

To succeed in this role, you are analytical and accustomed to working in a data-driven manner. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of warehouse and delivery processes, both practically and system-wise. You thrive in cross-functional teams and have a strong ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

We are looking for you with a university degree in logistics or equivalent. You have experience working in various systems, such as Visma, ERP, or WMS, and are proficient and accustomed to using the Office suite, primarily Excel. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
