We are now looking for more customer service agents for Solna, starting August 3rd.

You will work with varied 1st line tasks within the Service Desk, providing support to end customers and store staff via multiple channels (phone, chat, email) regarding various types of devices.

Internal communication within the organization is primarily in English, which means that good knowledge of English is a requirement.

Working hours and salary:

The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00–17:00. The work begins with a comprehensive introduction in August.

We have a collective agreement through Unionen, and the salary range for this position is between 21,325 and 24,482 SEK per month, depending on experience.
