About the role

As a ground worker with us, you will work on various types of ground and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Paving and stone laying
• Setting kerbstones
• Preparatory ground work and excavation
• Use of tools and equipment such as plate compactors and laser levels
• Excavator work and fine-tuning of surfaces

The work is practical and physical, primarily carried out outdoors alongside an engaged team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in ground work, paving, or infrastructure work
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and working outdoors
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Has good teamwork skills and thrives in a team environment

• Machinery experience or experience from infrastructure projects
