Regional Adult Psychiatry Falun & Säter has a county-wide mandate within adult psychiatry, responsible for psychiatric emergency care, inpatient care, and addiction and dependency care. Individuals residing or visiting Dalarna can seek help for acute mental health conditions at the psychiatric emergency clinic in Säter, where the patient's psychiatric condition is assessed. If detoxification treatment is needed for substance abuse and/or dependency, one can contact the addiction emergency clinic in Falun during the day, where the need for detoxification is assessed. We are a clinic where both patients and staff are in focus. We strive to create high-quality, person-centered care together. At Ward 65 in Falun, patients requiring medical detoxification treatment are cared for. The ward has 14 beds, divided between the intake side and the motivation side. Patients are treated both voluntarily and under the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVM) and the Mental Health Act (LPT). The ward has its own emergency clinic, and adjacent to the ward is the LARO clinic for patients with opioid dependence.

Nursing assistants, care workers, nurses, and doctors work in teams around the patients on the ward. The clinic's treatment team is also attached to the ward, providing access to psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers.

Good collaboration with municipal social services, primary care, and outpatient psychiatry is a key success factor in our work.

• Trained nursing assistant with a degree from the Care and Nursing Program or Care Worker Education (400 YH credits).
• Experience from somatic comorbidity and good knowledge of nursing care.
• Experience from addiction care and psychiatry.
