Lantmännen Maskin imports and sells agricultural machinery, spare parts, and workshop services. We have around 600 employees and are located throughout Sweden. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking a shop and spare parts salesperson for our facility in Umeå.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will consist mainly of selling spare parts and accessories, both over the counter and through proactive telephone sales to both existing and new customers. Your clients are primarily agricultural businesses, contractors, and workshops. You will also collaborate closely with our workshop regarding spare parts management and with our machinery salesperson, which involves handling some administrative tasks. On-call duties may occur.

What you need to succeed and thrive:

• Experience or interest in agriculture / construction.
• Experience in sales to end customers.
• Strong drive and result-oriented focus.
• Be a team player while also being self-motivated.
• Be a skilled relationship builder.
• Good technical knowledge of the machinery and equipment used in agriculture/construction.
• Good computer skills.

At times, the pace can be fast, which requires attention to detail even in stressful situations. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Although the role involves some administration, the personal meeting with our customers is the most important aspect! We want you to feel confident in sales situations, driven by providing the best possible service.
