As a Product Trainer, you will become part of a team of 18 people, consisting of product trainers and technical writers. Your main task is to prepare and conduct training for customers' operators and technicians in connection with the delivery of technical systems. The role offers a unique opportunity to work close to world-leading technology in an innovative company with great development opportunities. Since the training takes place globally, international travel is included in the role, approximately 20–50 travel days per year. The role involves ongoing preparation, familiarization, and material development, ultimately encompassing the training of customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build, and update training materials, as well as familiarize yourself with new or existing systems.
• Conduct training on-site at customer locations, which regularly involves international travel.
• Train customers' operators, technicians, and maintenance staff in various technical systems.
• Adapt training to different customers' technical solutions and prerequisites.
• You always work together with a colleague – both during training and travel.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and possessing a basic technical understanding.
• You have a pedagogical interest, a desire to work as a trainer, and are comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Very good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
• Swedish citizenship.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, radio systems, communication systems, or radar.
• A university degree in a technical field.
• Military background or experience from the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Previous experience as a trainer or teacher.

This position is security-classified, which means you will need to undergo and pass a security clearance check to be employed.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, taking into account any notice period
