Job Description

As a Operations Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for monitoring staffing planning, intervention planning, resource optimization, system administration, and follow-up in the region. The Operations Coordinator is to design and implement tasks within the segment in a productive and efficient manner, in close collaboration with the Head of Operations Development, Segment Manager, and Regional Manager based on current objectives, strategies, and other guidelines. The Operations Coordinator should strive towards the company's mission to Strengthen the individual and based on the values caring, engagement, and competence.

The Operations Coordinator must ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with the internal and external requirements applicable at the time:

  • Ability to introduce, train, supervise, and coach managers and planning leaders/coordinators in staffing planning and associated business systems.

  • Analyze weekly reports based on the unit's results and key figures, and be responsible for taking action and providing feedback to the regional or segment leadership.

  • Ensure basic planning at the units based on current business systems.

  • Be responsible for following up on and supporting development units. This should take place on-site in the operations as needed, as well as through regular remote follow-up meetings.

  • When launching new operations, the Operations Coordinator should be part of the launch project both on-site and remotely, and in dialogue with the project manager, ensure that set goals are achieved and followed up on.

  • Must be able to travel to operations with short notice and during periods to follow up and initiate actions.

  • Independently deliver according to set goals and complete tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Work daily with data, key figures, planning, staffing, and follow-up.

  • Participate in or lead change and improvement work, including follow-up, both in the region and the segment.

  • Take own initiatives and make decisions on activities based on your mandate.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders in the region.

  • Conduct relevant internal training, e.g., labor law, occupational health and safety.

  • Participate in networks together with other Operations Coordinators in the segment.

The Operations Coordinator reports to the Head of Operations Development.

Qualifications

  • University college degree, for example service-oriented care and social planning, or a university degree in e.g., business administration, sales and marketing, logistics, leadership and organization, or personnel science, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Planning leader with experience from SÄBO (Swedish Social Services) & home care with team leader responsibility or other relevant education/experience.

  • Good computer skills are required as the work involves daily handling of several systems.

  • Experience from staffing economics, time reporting systems, and intervention planning systems or similar.

  • Knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.

  • Category B driver's license.

  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
