About the role

In the role of operator, you will support a driven team responsible for final packaging, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality in accordance with GMP. The department handles the final step before the product is sent to the customer, which means that medicines are packaged, labeled, assembled, and orders are shipped out.

The team works in process rooms with different lines - manual for hand packing, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. During your training, you will primarily shadow a senior operator to learn the ropes, and don't be afraid to ask questions! We see that you are meticulous, flexible, and step up during production peaks, as well as having the desire to learn different lines to have as broad a competence as possible.

Working hours are according to a 3-shift system on a rolling weekly basis. Shift 1: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30. Shift 2: Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00. Shift 3: 15:30-00:00, Fri 14:00-22:30.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks include, among other things, starting batches, inspecting materials, reviewing batch documentation, and performing startup checks. When the process is running, you perform packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products, which involves conducting spot checks, inspecting expiration dates and batch numbers, and ensuring correct stamping. Parallel to the work, continuous documentation is carried out according to GMP, such as reviewing SOPs and incident reporting.

We are looking for you who

• Have a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Have at least one year of work experience from a service role; it is meritorious if you have worked in restaurants, retail, or in a similar role as an operator, within process industry or pharmaceutical production
• Have very good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, for documentation and safety reasons
• Hold a valid B driver's license

Aside from meritorious work experience, experience with GMP is an advantage. Even if you have been at the same company previously for at least 1 year.

A security clearance check will be conducted for this recruitment.
